i'm probably putting this q in the wrong place, but i'm sure someone will move it if i have. i watched carver the other night, and the song turkey in the straw sounded very familiar. what other horror film has it been in? it's really bugging me, as i just can't think....thanks for any replies

I haven't watched it in a while, but its highly likely to have been on the soundtrack to Ravenous, or rather deeply homaged in the Ravenous soundtrack. the soundtrack is part of its satirical black humour, before the twist and reveal. I'm assuming you've seen it, but just in case you haven't I won't elaborate other than to say its got a folk / western soundtrack which iirc homages that type of music. Its been on the simpsons and a few other shows, and cartoons

thanks spud, but, nope, it wasn't ravenous, not seen it. wasn't the simpsons as i don't watch that neither. still bugging me, help. |
