Yeah, I know. Have seen Angela live few times. She is quite something. She rules, on of my favourite metal singers at the moment! :D

New album is very good, but I like Wages Of Sin more.
And support the bands and buy the albums you like ;)

I see a lot of you are into metal music... :)

I'm into industrial/noise/ambient (MZ.412, Toroidh, Karjalan Sissit, Puissance), EBM (Feindflug, Suicide Commando, Dioxyde, X-Fusion), black metal (Katharsis, Aborym, Infernal War, Ondskapt), death metal (Necrophagia, Angelcorpse, Deicide) and also some old death\thrash\black from the 80's (Slayer, Vulcano, Sarcofago, Mutilator, Sextrash).

Metal and horror just go well together. :D

And rockabilly, which I can't get down with.

I've listened to lot of different music, sort of fluctuates constantly.

Lately I've been listening to heavy instrumental progressive music, and some 'stoner rock' and a few indie bands. Check em out:

ed2k: [Ambient.Experimental].Tribes.of.Neurot.and.Walking.Time.Bombs.[1998].Static.Migration.aXe.rar  [128.67 Mb] [Stats]
ed2k: [Black.Metal].Krom.-.4.Full.Albums.rar  [70.72 Mb] [Stats]
ed2k: [Instrumental.Prog.Rock].ZoMBi.[2006].Surface.to.Air.&.Limited.EP.(HQ.MP3).{aXe}.rar  [98.18 Mb] [Stats]
ed2k: [Instrumental.Space.Rock].Red.Sparowes.[2006].At.The.Soundless.Dawn.(256.CBR.MP3).{aXe}.rar  [114.89 Mb] [Stats]
ed2k: [Metal.Grind.Fusion].Behold...The.Arctopus.[2004].Nano-Nucleonic.Cyborg.Summoning.AND.Split.EP.-.rar  [48.02 Mb] [Stats]
ed2k: [Space.Rock].iRepress.[2005].samus.octology.HQ.Mp3.aXe.rar  [82.46 Mb] [Stats]

ed2k: [Stoner.Jam.Psychedelic.Rock].Subarachnoid.Space.[2004].The.Red.Veil.{aXe}.rar  [67.05 Mb] [Stats]
ed2k: [Stoner.Rock.Indie]deadboy.and.the.Elephantmen.[discography.2002.-.2006].{aXe}.rar  [336.61 Mb] [Stats]
ed2k: [Stoner.Rock].Karma.to.Burn.(1997-2001).Full.Discography.{aXe}.rar  [249.52 Mb] [Stats]
ed2k: [Stoner.Rock].The.Awesome.Machine.[discography.1998-2003].(HQ).{aXe}.rar  [300.09 Mb] [Stats]

Also these guitar rock solo albums:

ed2k: John5%20-%20Songs%20for%20sanity.rar  [58.67 Mb] [Stats]
ed2k: John5%20-%20Vertigo%20-%20Nmr%20160%20(Filthflarn).rar  [47.93 Mb] [Stats]
ed2k: Marc%20Rizzo%20-%20Colossal%20Myopia.rar  [83.31 Mb] [Stats]

They kick ass!!!

And then there are classic favorites:

Pantera, Enslaved, Emperor, Cephalic Carnage, Glassjaw, Dillinger Escape Plan, Dying Fetus, Acid Bath, Between the Buried and Me, the Red Chord

At the Drive In, Blind Melon, Rage Against the Machine, Kyuss, QOTSA, Yeah YEah Yeahs, Soundgarden, Goatsnake, Sonic Youth, Alice In Chains

Er, Blues.

Obviously tales of black, rural southern US poverty don't have much to offer a pasty caretaker living in Eastbourne... But you like what you like.

2nd to that, like everyone else here, a lot of metal and I've recently been enjoying the delights of European gabba.

Quite a combo.

I think what someone said above about Metal and horror going well together is a valid point. They borrow heavily from each other. Cool.

Mostly Rose Tattoo, Motörhead.

Lots of metal of most flavors, some Hip Hop, a little jazz and some other stuff.

The new slayer is so good! They went back to old-style riffing and tom araya still sounds like a mean muthafucka!

Lots of indie for me.... Belle and Sebastian, Broken Social Scene, Guided by voices, My bloody Valentine, Stereolab, Magnetic Fields.

And I juxtapose that with (mostly happy) hardcore dance music, try the Bonkers series....

ed2k: BONKERS%20Vol.16%20Maximum%20Hardcore%20Energy!!%20By%20DJ%20Chantin%20-UK%20Hardcore%202006-.ace  [345.49 Mb] [Stats]
ed2k: Bonkers%2015%20-%20Legends%20Of%20The%20Core.rar  [408.80 Mb] [Stats]

And to top things off, I collect 80's 12" mixes as I was until recently DJ'ing at an 80's night..... try typing 'xtended' into emule/edonkey search for some interesting stuff....

Kinda weird, but that's the great thing about art, there is no good or bad, just what you like and don't like :D :D :D
