Nah. As much as I have a lifelong love of zombie films, I find the 'cult of zombie' that's developed over recent years a bit student-y and wank.

It didn't all start with Sean Of The Dead, you little fuckers. :moon:

(Actually, it's probably great fun, but I'm just a misanthropic old shite, who can't be bothered.)

I thought the zombie walks came from america? I was sure I was reading about one of the first ones.

edit:

Quote:
The first documented non-commercial zombie walk was held in October, 2003, in Toronto, Ontario.[4] It was organized by local horror movie fan Thea Munster, and had only six participants.[5] The 2007 Toronto Zombie Walk drew a crowd of over 1,100 zombies, a number confirmed by Toronto Police Services.[4] At the time, this was the largest zombie walk on record.

Totally doing this.

Spud, although the guys at Terror4fun arrange them, rather than being a "Zombie Walk", I guess this is more participating in a full on Zombie outbreak scenario, actors, make up artists, the works!
Some of the jobs on there look pretty sweet!

Will report back on this.
