Phlebotomized - Immense, Intense, Suspense  One of my alltime favorite albums, released way back in 1994. I managed to get hold of a demo (devoted to god) when they were in their early days and I was still a little boy  managed to get hold of this album a few years back through the singer of this band who actually lives in a city nearby Had been searchin for this for ages, but did not want to pay sky high ebay prices. Music wise this is, deathmetal, mixed with violin, keyboards and acoustic guitars, its all about atmosphere !!. very original music, and pobably something you have not heard before people who love the extremer genres of music and dont dislike grunting as vocals should definately check it out http://www.metal-archives.com/band.php?id=2682 http://www.myspace.com/phlebotomized |

i pretty much like everything up until cte, after that album there was bit of a downer... but the 2009 megadeth album is good again... seen megadave play live twice, great guitar player.. i will be checking out 'Phlebotomized'.... |

yeah the early days  , from youthanasia it became more like a sort of hybrid pop/rock music. the album endgame is actually pretty good, but I must admit that i cant listen past all the solo's from the former nevermore guitar player. These solo's are skilled but they dont really get under my skin, which is for me the most important thing of a guitar solo.You should definately check out Phlebotomized, one note, the album skycontact, is waaaaaay different, and in my opinion very weak. So for starters, check the immense intense suspense album. noxplaying Amorphis - Skyforger
