Just wanted to bring this great flick to everyones attention. If you haven't allready seen it, do so. If you saw it tons of years ago, dl and watch again. It's one of those really rare that's even better than you remember.

Is this a great movie???.... nope!... worth geting... nope!!!..

This film is so bad it's hardly worth looking at the cover. The script is worthless, people don't talk like that. The soldiers behave in the most unbelievable and preposterous manner imaginable, doing daft things (such as running straight at an armed enemy with nothing) that can't be put down to the stress of the situation. One character goes catatonic for no psychiatrically plausible reason. It's just dumb film making. Altman regular Carradine's career sadly wound down in flicks and tv movies like this... i rest my case

Icedently, if you enjoy this flick, then you'll probably also like the much less known 'The Driver' (1978) from the same director. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0077474/

Many people played the 'The Driver' racing game, but few seam to know it was actually adapted from this great movie. All the 'Fast & Furious' fans will probably be amazed to see they actually could drive fast and look cool in the 70's too!

As I only see a german rip out there rite now, I will probably rip it next month if there's still no enlish version availible.

Even Doc will probably love it as there's almost no dialogue at all! (noticed your little cut&paste btw. )

Be warned though, it's NOT horror and it will be my first rip ever.... :D

For a second I thought this was a horror flick about drivers installation under Windows.

If anyone isn't sure whether to click this or not, surely I only need to say one thing: The Warriors!!

Both by Walter Hill... Both these movies are amazing IMO

Thanks J-D! Looking forward to The Driver, hope you release it soon, sounds good too.
