Tim Roth plays Trevor, a bright, autonomous, 16 year-old skinhead that is out-of-control and deeply antisocial. He's not part of a gang, not part of a clique, he's a totally alienated individual who sees himself as part of a movement. Trevor's anger is against a system that orders him to behave while offering no reason, or purpose, other than "because we say so." He is a truant thief, with no prospects to work and has a record of disruptive behavior, he is signing on for a lifetime behind bars. He knows he's trapped. He hates it. He hates them. This offends Trevor's sense of fair play. He must obey the rules to get even....
