White Slaves of Chinatown (B&W, 1964) AKA White Slaves, Slaves of Chinatown
Before there was Ilsa, there was Olga.
Audrey Campbell is Olga, sadistic criminal mastermind who presides over a ring of drug-dealing prostitutes whom she controls with pot, opium, and torture. For the most part, it's shot silent and narrated documentary-style, backed with annoying "Chinatown" music and bad beatnik jazz. Nearly half an hour in Olga does some of the narrating herself and lusts after one of her female slaves. She also tortures them with whips and sticks their hands into vices, hangs them upside down, and uses Chinese water torture. She also makes drug deals and arranges abortions. And there's no real conclusion, just a warning that we shouldn't let it happen here.
