Just watched it, and it's comedy as you said Chad. Although the two main characters were almost unbearable to watch, that's the whole point and what made it rather funny. It reminded me somewhat of 'Bottom' just not as disgusting.
Oh, and be sure to check the flick all the way to the end of the credits, for an extra snip.

IMDB classifies this as Comedy/Fantasy/Horror and I suppose it does have horror elements.
The bit after the credits is strange, does it hint at a the possibilty of a sequel?
