This is an little rarity I stumbled upon. For those that don't know, Merzbow is a one-man Japanese Noise Assault. This guy (Masami Akita) creates some of the most grating sounds you'll ever hear. The film (or is it a music video?) features a young woman performing seppuku (which more or less suicide by disembowelment). It has a creepy soundtrack and atmosphere. And yes, GORY! I thought it would make a nice addition here. Masami Akita directed this, and a few other films/shorts I am trying to track down. Enjoy!
