This was shot entirely on sony handycam with a cast which fee consisted out of free pizza's

With most sources you're supposed to convert it from 29FPS, but certain ones do stay on 29FPS when ripped. I'll give it a shot.

If it was shot on NTSC digital video (which it probably was being 'low-budget'), it should stay at 29.97FPS
