a shit load of other names......

Well, since this is still decently spread but heading for extinction I found this deserved some new attention ....
It's only there on the old site , and with all the new members....

You either LOVE this one or HATE it - absolutely no middle road

Can't even begin to summarise this one......it's so weird....that soundtrack alone is from PLUTO !!! I sometimes late at night pop in the dvd and play the menu-medley over and over again....

That old Apex VHS is cut to ribbons. I believe the Vipco release (The Zombie Dead) is uncut, I have an uncut Dutch DVD under the title by which I'd say it's most widely known... Zombie 3 8)

Fair enough. This is a must for all zombie fans, featuring the most rotten decomposing zombies I've seen, and believe me I've seen lots of zombies. Gory as hell too :D

This movie is UNBELIEVABLE !! The guy dared redo scenes from Fulci's Zombie, who already borrowed his stuff from Romero. A copy of a copy of a masterpiece = Italian crap ... I love it !!!

If I remember correctly, it's the only in which you can see zombie trying to break a door with forks ...

This one has been in my DVD collection for ages :wacky:

Thanks for turning me on to this film!!! I just finished watching it, and it's definitely one of the best zombie films I've seen! Perhaps even better to me than Dawn of the Dead

Only thing with this version though.. it was titled "Nights of Terror" which according to IMDB is the UK cut version... and the running time is only 81 minutes compared to 85 listed on IMDB. Is there another complete version of this movie out there? Thanks :beerchug:

If it is taken from the VIPCO DVD (I think it is) then it is uncut. See here: BBFC

Has it ever been confirmed that this is the vipco version? I just started to feel the urge to watch this again (after ten year or so - weird) and I don't want to look for my old VHS. - Well, who uses a VCR these days anyway?
