No....not the one with Chris Walken and Eric Stoltz.This is an entirely different animal.
When Toxic waste from a Paper mill starts polluting the environment in Maine an EPA representative is sent to the woods along with his wife to find the reasons why the Indians are on the uprising against the company.What they find is that Mercury is beeing dumped into the river for decades effecting animal and human life with serious mutations.On top of all this there are people disapearing in the woods leading the local law to suspect foul play at the hands of the tribe leader.
Upon searching for evidence to the contrary the EPA rep discovers something so horrifying it chills him to the bone.A monster is on the loose and it looks like it is very hungy and very teritorial.

One of my favorite movies as a kid..back when they could make a PG rated movie with some gore.I know I ain't the only one here that remembers this one.As always enjoy :beerchug:

The 2 grrrrrr and the these woods are are mine are high motion..yeah I was a bit surpised too at how good it came out.Don't worry,AC3 is not my thing really..I just tried as sort of an experiment to see what others would think or say..also to see how well it would come out.I plan on doing most everything else in vbr mp3 from now on.Although I am switching back and forth from divx to xvid alot :mrgreen:

great to hear, I just sat through 2 BT movies I got that were totally pixelated. It was either House 2 or something about lego :lol:

Some of those BT releases are dodgy to say the least,Aspect ratio errors,oversized filesize,crappy encoding or just plain lazy 1pass encoding

I have taken a break from Bt simply because I am not impressed by what I have been grabbing.Think I said this before but I think ferox is the only guy there that knows his ass from a hole in the ground as far as what he is doing,and even then some of his stuff is oversized or just plain what the hell happened here?(Traces of Death).Also I have noticed alot of stuff from here has made its way there,your rips, my rips and everybody elses in between..of course the tag has been removed..at least here people give credit where credit is due.Notice that when movies are posted they are notoriously missing the specs for BT.
Not knocking it really,its just few an dfar between that I see anything I either don't already got or something I really want.
I think you'll like this movie spud if you haven't seen it already,great late 70's atmosphere...and the scenes with the little baby monster are absolutly hilarious.

Hehe...irony..yes...make no mistake..I will still use BT every now and then..it just isn't a big part of my online experience...mostly I see it comes in handy for games though..especially those new dvd type games like far cry and the new UT2004..grabbing that one off of donkey but I am sure I would have already had it completed if I went BT...Probably gonna get Far Cry from BT though...That looks like it has merit enough for me to check out.Ut is going on a week now and almost half complete. :wink:

Prophecy will be shared for a while...right now I am giving out reshares so That may be why you don't see a completed source or whatever.I am gonna put my regular released stuff back up tonight. :beerchug:

I guess I should have mp3'd this one...cropping though?no...used gnot like I always do with the auto crop...watched the rip and didn't notice anything..the screenshots bear it out..although they aren't up right now do to technical difficulties.

Never noticed the pixelation..pm me and tell me which part so I can see what your talking about cause I am interested..thought it came out good for an ac3 though.That was one of my experiment movies mind you with the ac3 since now I am vbr mp3 all the way.

No no, that's nothing serious - it's visible especially in the dark forest scenes, and with much motion (and I mean REALLY much), but it's nothing serious. On my LCD panel black isn't really that black, so it is much more visible than it would be on some other screens, perhaps it's just that. Generally it's very good quality, I'm just saying that ac3 was perhaps indeed a waste of space, when the quality might have been even better.

EDIT: I've checked it on a CRT monitor and it sure looks better; however, some small pix may be noticed in the halftones. I'm posting a screenshot - this is probably the worst it gets and there are only a few such moments:

EDIT2: I almost forgot to mention I'm still sharing this on Powershare. Is anyone still downloading it? How many FS are there?
