About as much as "Wes Craven presents" means on the front of a video, or "Quentin Tarantino presents" on the front of an asain movie. 
I think its just set in Romero's world so they put it on.

I'd still go for heywoods, there's a resolution gain but i think its in vain given the bitrate and the fact recode's has bad cropping.
