Incredibly disjointed espionage-horror-science fiction story, with several different stories running at the same time with no indication of any connection until a very ludicrous ending. Someone is killing young girls and draining them of their blood. A man in a hospital bed wakes up each morning to find a new limb gone. A sadistic military authority in a Nazi-like government swiftly rises up the ranks by killing his superior officers using what appears to be a Vulcan nerve pinch. Meanwhile, mad scientist Vincent Price is up to no good. Throw in Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing, who are badly wasted in small roles, and you have one really weird movie. You kind of have to be a fan of the 70s to get this...but if you do, more power to you. If anything, it's a lot of fun.
