Edited out the old TC version and replaced it with 2 DVD-rips.

Plot outline: A war going on for centuries between vampires and Lycans/werewolves, never seen by humans eyes, until one of the werewolves by the name of Lucian (Michael Sheen) finds out about one human that can bond with vampire blood and Lycans blood, Michael (Scott Speedman). Selene (Kate Beckinsale) is the vampire Death dealer that finds out why the Lycans are following Micheal and falls in love with him. Kraven (Shane Brolly) is the leader of the vampire house after Viktor (Bill Nighy) dies and wants Selene by his side, but she is a wild cat to break.

you never heard of underworld? Movie was good, not as good as Blade though, but for the budget it was made it delivers.

I'm waiting for the DVD (which comes around 4 januari 2004)

Actually no. Since edonkey I lost contact with new movies. Sooner or later I will find them here anyways ;-)

It definitely is Uderworld. This I can already say from the three chunks I got. Though I am not sure of the quality yet. It seems to be very bad.

Ok, now have the first three chunks and quality did not change in the first minute. So I seems true: If this really is a DVD rip it is one of the worst I have ever seen. Probably not worth watching/downloading. I wait for the next three chunks and decide then.

Cancelled. This is an unwatchable junk release.

I have previewed it too and I must say I agree with Wargand. It definitely does not deserve to be moved from this section. I'm not even sure if it's a DVD rip, doesn't look like one.

it's probably ripped from a PDVD from asia, they are normally TS --> DVDr

I watched this at the cinema the other day and IMO it's not a movie worth keeping.
The movie can't decide what it wants to be and fails missirably. Action is not very good, acting is horrible, script is silly. The werewolves were cool for being CGI...

Had this been a lower budget 80's flick, without the cgi, much darker and cheesy I would've loved it, but with all the resources ushered into this production, they should've known better...

According to the info the rips have different aspect ratios, are you sure this is correct? It should be 2.35 or is the DMT rip cropped?

I've done a bit of sniffing around, the DMT is 1.85, so it looks like the DEITY is the one to go for.

Thanks. If you want to be sure you're getting the best possible quality, just wait for a while, it seems that DEiTY's release is badly deinterlaced and the DMT has an incorrect AR, although it's only cropped a few pixels.

IMO DMT seems to be better, getting both for further verification.

Just another sign showing that release group are no more superior than a custom rip, infact they probably are worse because they rush em.

The PROPER was added before both were nuked, I just came here to remove it myself. Still waiting for some decent version to pop up so that I can replace the links. Anyway, the thread remains in this section, as these are both dvd rips of the retail version, so if someone is not patient enough to wait for a proper (just like me), at least you have those two to download...

EDIT: I've just seen the DEiTY version and for me the quality was just perfect.
