Geezus, not if its borked. Still going to be one for lowerqualty since it would be a re-encode. As long as it looks better in its unfixed form than the one in the first people, people can fix the resolution on the fly in pretty much any player. Better option to do it in playback rather than re-encoding. If there's no sources, you could always use the mpeg4 modifier app to give it a header that states the ar. not supported by many players, but once again, better than fixing.
Either way, means its a lower quality candidate too
