It means it's a film from the Video Nasties list number two.
A collection: http://forum.dead-donkey.com/viewtopic.php?t=7873#movie_0022

I assume you know what the video nasties list is. The VN2 list is really little more than a cash-in by The Dark Side magazine on their successful book of the video nasties. None of the films in the second book were ever banned in the UK although some of them would certainly not get certified now in their uncut form. Despite this, the book is superb as of course is the first, and has led to the list having achieved cult status.

But it's not really a nasty, strictly speaking. The VN2 book is really just a round up of near nasties and dross with nicely packaged sleeves and most of the films in it were never categorised as nasties, not even round our way where everything remotely nasty was getting seized (the butchered pre-cert of Basket Case anyone? I even remember mates saying Halloween 2 and Friday the 13th 2 had been cited as nasties by the local plod :o )

yes, for a long time i thought the second book was official too, but there are some other movies that are more or less a nasty too and thats where it got confusing. Still, if you look at the second book a movie like ss girls ( the title alone!) makes it believable to be a nasty.

The rarity of this collection means it may never be completed but for the true horror fan looking for "the rarer the better", here it is, in all its g(l)ory.

Mainly though I have chosen the movies here more for their outrageous cover art than their individual merit or notoriety, and I have also gone for movies that don't turn up in any horror guides, real obscurities like Death Bed, which has no credits at all, and Suffer Little Children, which was shot just down the road from me - on a bog-standard camcorder! It's hard to believe that films like these could ever get released, but incredibly they did!

man, do i love the internet and im sure that with some time this list will be complete too ;-)
