If it's the image it made you download, then you should download Farscape... :googley:

yeah lol, Farscape is probably the best tv series i've ever seen. That particular screenshot is from the Farscape: Peacekeeper Wars mini-series. All the characters look like Scorpious, mainly because its a Jim Henson production so the aliens are whole-hog aliens.

One of the reasons i watch lost is for the guest stars, Clancy Brown (brother Justin from carnivale), delenn from Babylon5, etc. have all popped up, and i find it amusing to point out who to people that seem to watch lost for the wussy "drama"

You can easily find which actor is scorpious from his voice, i was more of a geek, and recognised his name in the intro credits.

Now as for Farscape, you can find it here:
http://scifi.dead-donkey.com/viewtopic.php?t=41
I have the intention of doing new xvids if none turn up, but its easily my favourite tv show. Series 1 is a bit establishing, but when the guy from the above picture appear (end of the first series), it just kicks off :)

I mentioned Brother Justin, and you should check out carnivale if you've never watched it:
http://forum.dead-donkey.com/viewtopic. ... 0426#10426

Both carnivale and farscape are way better than Lost :)

If they kept it to one season Lost it could've been a good show. It was exciting and thought it was going somewhere and hoping there would come some answers, but as soon you get answers new questions rise and don't expect to get those answers soon, because there will be flashbacks of one of the main characters which are so interesting... bleh...

This series is so stretched, season 2 wasn't necessary imo... can't recommend this ddem1.

i dunno as long as you don't have any illusions of it being revolutionary, its okay. Some shit happens in season 2 but i think you hit the nail on the head, and i think its a wider flaw in american tv as a whole.

22 episodes is too much for most writing staffs perhaps, i think smaller series, like hbo do would mean a much tighter series. I think they get signed with maybe 8 scripts, then have to pad it out to 22 when they get signed.

With a smaller series it would also mean its not so much of a financial risk to make them all at once, and then they could eliminate the gaps...

What lost does have is some neat theories about whats going on, at the moment i subscribe to the electromagnetism one, perhaps pole reversal or a similar experiment around remote viewing

just to be clear, whilst lost is just okay, farscape f*ckin' rules and carnivale is excellent. Go watch them :)

sync problems for a couple of minutes.... looks like they messed up the encode. its 200ms off, easy fixable (left once or twice on ur xbox pad [or if like me u lost your pad, its in the menu  ]). if u like this semi-shit shown you'll probably be downloading dvd rips at some point so you might as well jump :)
