FROM IMDB: A crazed military explosives expert heads for Los Angeles with an RV full of explosives, intending to blow up a rock festival and kill all the "hippies". An army officer is sent to stop him.

This one is hilarious. As with all Novak pictures, expect sex and unintentional humor. If anyone wants the second feature from the DVD, "The Takers", I'll rip it. It isn't as good by any means. Enjoy!
