Mean-spirited Category III film. A psychotic doctor at a local mental hospital goes around raping and killing women (Not necessarily in that order!) because they were wearing red. The plot thickens when he attacks and rapes the beautiful Lo Man Lee, a patient at the hospital with the mind of a 10-year old! This sucker grabs you and doesn’t let go!
