You want to know how much of each file your uploading?

go to your shared folder tab, there should be upload amounts in one of the columns:
session (total)

Or do you mean how much you've uploaded to people?

Go to your transfers tab, where it says upload... click it. Keep clicking it until you get to your known clients tab, then you can order by up/down amounts.

Not a good way of rewarding good peers, your client is extremely ignorant to the wider picture, so the best uploader in the universe may not have given you a byte, doesn't mean they aren't one of the best peers on the network... ;)

Or if you mean, the priority in uploading of the files:
Go to Shared Files tab (on top of screen), right click the file you want to adjust, Priority (upload). The lowest priority would be very low and the highest would be release. :beerchug:

also i did the prority things from shared tab

i wanted toi upload or shared few files more than others, because that files is slow in sharing so i wanted to share that file so everyone can get hold of it.

but in my upload others files have been given prority because of other user rating

Well you could make a new folder, put the file you want to spread in there. Copy everything else from your shared folder(s) to a non shared folder or, right mouse click in Tab Shared Files and unshare folder with or without subdirectories. That way you'll only have one file that you'll be spreading on ed2k

you can not, it is an anti-leech feature that you should praise :)

You must share what you are downloading, its unfortunate if you want to balance your shares but there's extremely good arguments even against systems like powersharing.

Powersharing features are the only way around temp files swamping your shares, but credit systems come into effect if you don't share files your downloading.

The only sure fire way of sharing non-temp files is to run another emule on another port just for uploading, however, of course a new client means a new userhash which means your download doesn't get credits for the uploading you do from another client.

Best thing is to use the priority system and burst powershare files that need to be.

vampelle, yeah i understand what your doing, I'm just saying that emule is a bit tricky when you try and be genuinely helpful like that

It tries to enforce sharing policies.

Personally, i adopt a mod with powershare, and add that to release priority and power share and everything else to lower, this does actually hurt me in the long run but i just thought i'd let you know.

This has never hurt me ever. I almost always have 2:1 ratio though, I don't have an actively downloading queue thats huge though. AT most 20 files.

but you have to let people know of a file you are offering, usually at a community like this. Its all based on Priority and volume of requests. A file on Powershare Release with no requests won't upload *snicker* A file on Low with tons of requests and no competition will upload on many slots. The best thing to do if you are new to the mule, grab a very popular tv show link from a forum or maybe a porno, up its priority, and then wait a few days. Once your ongoing queue builds, the cycling of files will happen naturally with some priority help. plus post any file link you personally generated otherwise noone will know about it.
