my poor cat had to have his front leg amputated today, he broke his leg in such an awkward position, it was the only thing they could do. poor thing is still dopey from the anaesthetic...he's zonked on my bed. i started crying in the vets and all the way home in the taxi, i was a blubbering idiot....still, i'm over the shock now and he will be ok

onto a happier note, my slipknot cd and tickets have come at long last, yay

Hey man don't feel bad. When my dog went to the vet this last time for his back
injury, the doctor had us scared shitless because they kept talking about paralysis
and other horrible effects that my girlfriend and I were crying the next three hours
while we waited for the test results. I think many people treat their pets as
children (which is completely fine with me) and are emotionally invested in them.
I'm glad your kitty is doing well.

Oh Bag Woman--I am so sorry! That is so stressful--I think they are so sad when the are dopey from the drugs--our dog has had a lot of problems with his back and some other things and I am always a sobbing fool when they bring him out to me--of course I am always a sobbing fool when he is sick anyway--it's so hard to deal with their injuries since you can't talk to them and explain things--they seem so confused it is heartbreaking--I am thinking of you and sending lots of love to your kitty--he will heal just fine--they are amazing that way and cats in particular being so agile recover quickly and learn to deal with the problem really quick--the can compensate for lost limbs way better than us scummy humans! Take care of yourself and kitty and congrats on your Slipknot tickets! You seem like a Slipknot dame to me!

Don't care for the drink, I am a pot smoker--liquor just makes me ill (unfortunately as it is much cheaper and easier to attain) I have a lot of manlihood for a chicky=-just ask Oberon--I got balls the size of melons and I bow to the superiority of both Taks and Slayer

I think most do take me as an example, Slayer--you and Taks are the most popular folks on the board with Bag woman right behind you because she

I don't know a lot about Slipknot but I love their sense of humor--I think I would dig their music too--I am always slow to try new bands--almost everything I love is old--however I adore Kings of Leon and I am very jealous --if we were on the same side of the pond I would definitely be your blind date! 8) Boy, is that going to get the guys excited around here!
I am so glad kitty is feeling better--I know that is the worst pain when you suffer for your animals! Oh, by the way, I was checking out the photos section and I saw your picture--so glad to put a face to the name--you are lovely! Your name does not suit your darling face though!

And I'll bring the camera. :o

Seriously though, it's one of our dreams to see England. One day when we have money
and when the world likes Americans again, I'd love to go see some castles, hit Charring Cross
to so some bookstores (I love books), and all the other wonderful things to see....

I like Americans! Especially those who go abroad, because I will know for sure that they understand there's more to the world than the USA only ;)
