I'm using Chrome, due to the slowness of Firefox these days.

The more i use chrome, the more I like it... there are some annoying bugs, but its really a damn fine browser and its fast Crappy javascript, some flash/java, etc. bits don't work but frankly its the stuff that makes your browser normally keel over if you are using firefox, ie or opera so I can kind of forgive it. Needs more developers thrown at it though.

Firefox, but as Spud said, it does take a little longer to load up.

Quote: | For all of its positive reviews, Chrome does have its critics. Their major complaint is that Chrome creates a unique ID through which a user can be theoretically identified. If this is your concern, then SWR Iron may very well be an option for you. SWR Iron looks and acts almost exactly like Google Chrome, but without sending any information back to Google's servers. This means that there is no possibility of any browsing history or personal information being sent back to Google, yet you still get all the benefits of a lean and powerful browser. |

I'm glad I'm not the only one that has noticed Firefox becoming slow especially on start up. I couldn't tell if it was an addon that I installed or something in an update. I used the 'safe mode' version of Firefox and it still is slow. I think I'll test drive chrome and see how it fares.

Browsers faster than Firefox: IE, Opera, Google Chrome! I still use Firefox, I love the addons.

Firefox 3.5 was released on Tuesday. It's apparently faster.

the only thing worse than a slow browser is the damn battle for 'default browser'. that has to be the most annoying thing ever!

I'm still using Firefox with a few addons, I agree that it's becoming slow lately though. I also have K-Meleon installed, I haven't used it much yet, but it's been faster than FF and some FireFox addons are compatible.
I'll probably give Google Chrome a go soon as well.
