It isn't a framerate issue, both are 23,976. Maybe credits cut off?

Ferox tagged all his/their rips "UNCUT", even if the source was cut. There are a lot of Ferox releases with the UNCUT label that are actually cut versions.

The original presentation itself runs just under 96 minutes, still longer than the ferox one.
