Create a folder in bookmarks called RSS, then browse to this site:
http://sage.mozdev.org/install/

Click that, let it download, then restart your browser. The plugin is now installed and enabled. Now go to view>sidebar>RSS Reader.

Next step is to bookmark some feeds, so navigate to these links:
Feeds
dead-donkey forums

and bookmark them under RSS. Now in the reader, go to Tools>Setting, and then select your bookmarked folder. Just click on a feed and it will display the topics, click on a topic and u'll go directly to that page. You can update, Tools>Check Update.

Trillian
For trillian, go preferences (default, file>preferences). Go down to plugin. With me by default there were a number already installed, but you will need to register one if news doesn't appear (plugins>add>rss.dll).

For Dead-donkey
Title = Dead-Eonkey.com
server = http://www.dead-donkey.com
location = rss/news.xml
refresh = 21000 (or more)

For HHAH forums
Title = HHAH - Releases
Server = forum.dead-donkey.com
location = topics_anywhere.php?mode=show&out=rss2.0&f=uNSw2LDcsOCw... (the whole string from the above rss feed)
refresh = 7200 (or more preferably)

We now have a new method of viewing RSS as a sidebar in opera! which looks great.
<img src="http://members.lycos.co.uk/horrorhasahome/rss.jpg" width=640 height=480>

Here's a rough guide of what to do to get it working. Firstly take one of these two urls depending on how you want the RSS to look the first is with last post and reply information, the second is simply the topic title and the forum it is in.

http://forum.dead-donkey.com/hhah_rss.php?showdesc=true
http://forum.dead-donkey.com/hhah_rss.p ... desc=false

Now, if you don't have your sidebar enabled, you can do so by going to view>hotlist>left (or right if your one of them :) )

Then I'd clear out some of the gunk like mail/contacts/etc., this isn't necessary but it does clear things up and makes it all neater. To remove a panel, click on the title and hit "remove panel". It will go away (you can of course re-enable by going to view>hotlist>XXXX (amongst other ways).

Now to actually adding RSS panel. Navigate to one of the above urls (first is better, but if your on a low desktop res. goto the second) in a window and make sure it's on top. Create a folder called RSS in your bookmarks. Now click second button at the top of the panel and "add panel". Hopefully the url is in the address box. In the bookmarks navigation tree, select the RSS folder. At the top, give it a good name, like HHAH or HHAH Forums.

Now for the panel to work just click it. It will refresh every 6 minutes or so :)

This great bit of phping was done by Garandou and deserves a lot of credit for it.
