Thanks Jess for all your help especialy the awesome d/l your lucky i'm stuck with a 512 connection :(
I would really like to get some of the 100 years of horror stuff
I have terror in the aisles on vhs but can't cap :(
The one i would most like to get is days of fury This is a "faces of death" type movie that i saw a trailer for years ago. The trailer showed some poor guy running across the race track getting hit by a car and the force ripping his trousers off and killing him :-o have never seen this movie anywhere

Bloodbath.At.The.House.Of.Death (without 130min of black screen).mpg - It seems to be the same rip as posted on the previous page, but without the 1.5 hr of black screen at the end.

I just completed downloading another rare one with VP in it. Quality is very bad though, however it's watchable on a tv (kinda sorta maybe lol)

Cucumber Castle (1970) (TV)
http://imdb.com/title/tt0301143/

Looks like a 10th generation VHS copy, bad scanlines, blury image, wavy distortion on left side and bottom. For the serious VP enthusiast only LOL

If any one is interested I'll post the link and a screenie :)

Cucumber Castle (1970) (TV)
http://imdb.com/title/tt0301143/

Here's that screenshot from Cucumber Castle.
Image

Quite nasty. This one is definitely for the serious VP enthusiast only

Here's some (messy) specs:
Codec: DivX 5.0
Audio: Mp3 44100Hz 192 kb/s total (2 chnls)
Size: 517 MB (or 530,222 KB or 542,947,840 bytes)
Frame Size: 704 x 480 (lol)
Frames Rate: 29.970
B-VOP: No
S(GMC)-VOP: No
QuarterPixel: No
Interleaved: Yes

And finally the link:
ed2k: Vincent.Price.-.Bee.Gees.Cucumber.Castle.1970..avi  [517.80 Mb] [Stats]

I was able to watch and get through it but I guess it depends on your definition of "watchable". It looks a weee bit better on the TV, but your milage may vary :wacky:

Download at own risk :beerchug:

A few other Vincent Price goodies I've gotten recently, these are all very nice quality:
More Dead Than Alive (1968)
http://imdb.com/title/tt0064695/

The Private Lives of Elizabeth and Essex (1939)
http://imdb.com/title/tt0031826/

Champagne for Caesar (1950)
http://imdb.com/title/tt0042325/

The Las Vegas Story (1952)
http://imdb.com/title/tt0044825/

A nice BIOEXTRA on A&E about Vincent Price (no link sorry)

Also a cool special about roller coasters, narrated by Price. (not on IMDB)

AMERICA SCREAMS (1987) NTSC

Hosted by Vincent Price! (who apparently was a coaster fan and
called the rides "Rollie Coasters"), this is an edited video of a
48-minute television special originally shot in 1977 and 78. It
highlights about a dozen coasters in The United States. Included
are "The Mindbender". "Colossus", "The Loch Ness Monster", and
"Gemini". *(As shown, this version is borderline - the color is
weak and sound quality so-so. [It appears to be a poor quality
film-to-video transfer.] Each coaster is too quickly glossed over.
Other segments such as interviews, "Beast" construction, Utah's
Lagoon, Cedar Point's "Coastermania", etc. are shortened or
eliminated. However, considering the historial nature of the
video and that it was one of the first coaster TV specials, even
this version should probably be in your collection.)

Running Time: 29m

If there's any interest I might be able to dig some of these out.

I don't have many Vincent Price movies yet, but I'm willing to make a collection and keep adding the movies while I'm getting them.

So I'll make one unless someone has begun already.
