At bloody last the DVD's turned up.

BUT

It has dutch hardsubs. :cry:

But it doesn't look like a VHS to DVD transfer, you just can't switch the bloody things off. If I hit the subs button on my player, it shows "Subs : Dutch (on)", but hit it again (which usually switches them off) and the 'forbidden' symbol is displayed.

It does have DD5.1 sound, the picture's a little grainy but good quality.

Still interested in a rip?

I was thinking, if the player shows the subs as 'on' then there must be a sub file on the disc. So when I rip it, I'd expect to lose the subs.

I'll have to give it a go and see if it works that way. I'll let y'all know when it's ready.

The subs have buggered off after I ripped it!!!

Will release once The Grim Reaper is fully spread.

Sounds the exact same one, on the "Indies Home Entertainment Label". Stupid not offering an 'off' function for the subs :x

I think I paid 5.99 Euros for it. :mrgreen:
