Uhm, this movie isn't Hell Hole (1978) with Ingrid Greer and Nanette K. Martin.
This isn't IMDB tt0077666. called "Hell Hole" or "Escape from women's hell hole"

This is an Indonesian movie, called "Hell Hole" or "Escape from Hell Hole" from 1983. IMDB: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0097497/

The one from 1978 looks more interesting...

Aszazin is right. This film is in fact KAWIN KONTRAK, Indonesia 1983, produced by PT Rapi Film and directed by Maman Firmansyah. The international title being "Escape from Hellhole". As usual with foreign movies, the IMDb website credits a lot of supporting actors but forgets to mention some of the principals, so the identification was not easy, but I just made a comparizon between the written credits on screen and the Catalogue of Indonesian Movies 1926-1995 by JB Kristanto, in order to get the original Indonesian title.

The one that is missing, the 1978 title, was directed by Filipino director Cirio H. Santiago and is an US/Filipino coproduction.
