The cover artwork was only a thumbnail. You're unlikely to find one on the net, AFAIK this tape was never even properly released.

I forgot about that one 
IIRC the thumbnail above was better quality. Storm updated the VN2 collection after his original host disappeared, but it looks like the new host has gone too.

I saw a thumbnail of this flick in that beautiful hardcover book of horror covers which covers all the nasties, called Shock! Horror! and they called it one of the most elusive movies they've ever tried to grab and as a result had nothing to show but a wee thumbnail. Ah well
