Mike is released from psychiatry, when he agrees with the doctors that the 
terrible happenings in his past were just in his imagination. But once he's 
free, he contacts Redge and they team up to hunt down and eliminate the 
"Tall Man", who plunders the graveyards and abducts the sleeping with help of
his terrible dwarves. A beautiful strange girl starts to appear in Mike's dreams.
He assumes she's in danger and needs their help - will they find her before 
the Tall Man can do her any harm?

Infect was in a coma, there was a fight, names were called... but at the end
of the day, we were right... futurama is better than the simpsons.

We've decided not to play use CD sizes, the notion is antequated and
irrelevant to most people.  If your in dire need of cdr burning, 
you can split in virtualdub, although your better off just investing in a cheap
DVD burner.  They are cheap, and you are cheap if you don't have one....
sorry, but its true.  And no, we aren't going to encode in greyscale for B&W
tv owners.

Sadly, the budget, and thusly quality of the last two Phantasm 3 and 4 aint as good. Shame really, i much prefer Phantasm 3 to Phantasm 2 myself.

lol, with statements like that you just make sure no one listens to you.

Given your views on other... erm... items of devotion you have, I think your making it way tooy easy to dismiss this one along with the rest. :wacky:

In reality this is teetering around 3rd best, and isn't in fourth mainly because they went all scifi and mysterious in the last one. Lack of action for the first part of the movie is its main problem, the next ones eseentially just a revision just dropping the uneventful 1/3rd of this movie. Watching them together makes this clear as day, the first one is the best, then the third one, then this and finally the last. Unless your into scifi weirdness then you probably have a higher estimation of the fourth.

what do you think? Everyone seems to have a different estimation of the movies. Over at scifi, someone said the fourth is their favourite :lol:

Number one is usually the clear winner for franchises, and this case, I reckon its about true.

My favorite is the first part, then fourth, then second, and finally the third one, because there was too much comedy.
Fourth part is very good, because this is a little dark and depressive. I like it. No more fun and silly jokes like in the third part.
