In 1979, we discovered in space no one can hear you scream. In 1992, we will discover, on Earth, EVERYONE can hear you scream.

erm, same movie? I assume they mean in the movie theatre or were they just watching the wrong movie? Lamest tagline ever!

That aside, Extended version is way, way cooler than the theatrical effort. M akes you wish Fox hadn't shit David Fincher around, given him the script and let him direct the film. Judging by the great improvement in quality of the still incomplete extended version. :)

Yeah, how many directors and writers did they employ? Something like 3 and 7? Wasn 't really the best thing that could have happened to a movie.

I'm really looking forward to my Alien quadrilogy boxset. I'm beginning to get a little nervous (customs...). Wish me luck.

I wanted the first guy's film to be made. Sounded a lot better. The wooden Ark one. The problem was Fincher was directing without a script
The theatrical one as far as i can gather was made in the edit :o

That's also how I remember the chaos surrounding the production of the movie.
