Ash returns with his girlfriend Linda, to the remote
cabin in the woods. He discovers a tape recorder that
a professor has used to record incantations from the
Book of the Dead. When he turns it on the recording
unleashes a dark, sinister force from the woods. It
turns Linda into a zombie, her soul possessed by some
hideous demon, and then tries to do the same to Ash.
Other people come to help Ash, but one by one they are
taken over by the Evil Dead force, that possesses Linda,
the professor and his wife. They try to make sure Ash is
Daed by Dawn!

I can only find DVDs with a not so nice price for this one. That's why I don't own it (yet). Clicking now, deleting when I get the DVD for a nice price

I have Evil Dead 1 and 2 in their special Book of the dead covers that are made out of latex and look like the Necronomicon lol and when you push the eye ball (on evil dead 2 case) it screams

Well, bought a DVD anyway, a bit expensive, but OK.
Question is now: DVD runs for 81 mins, this rip runs for 84 mins. When I play them simultaneously, I can see the DVD going faster (scenes are done in a shorter time). This means my DVD is not cut or anything, right?
Oh, to be complete: DVD is a R2 PAL.

PAL Speedup.
This is from the UK BOTD (latex cover) edition which, despite being a UK disc, has an NTSC framerate.
