It's the only fully uncut version of the movie.
To my knowledge, movie hasn't been released on dvd.

Howling V is only available on dvd with part VI (cover). Not sure if it's uncut though.

Howling VII: Mystery Woman (New Moon Rising (1995), haven't manage to find a rip of it yet. It is widely available on vhs/uncut though.

Anyone ? :wacky:
