no, haven't found a link. but i could rip that one as well and then release the whole trilogy as a collection :D

BTW, since this is my first release, i'd like to know if you're happy with the specs. the quality is fine, but i just saw that with ogg audio i can achieve a higher picture quality. i'm now ripping BC 3 like this.

so, before you start downloading, would you like me to re-rip basket case 2 the same way? or shall i leave it the way it is?

Spud: Snipped out some posts regarding improvements of the previous link, new link is now up :)

thanks spud! :)

at the moment the ripping is still in progress. during the night gordianknot was doing its work, but really badly. the end product was real fucked up, twice as long as the movie and in miserable quality. i must have made some stupid first-timer-mistake. so now i'm using autoknot, and this one seems to be working pretty fine.

the rip should be finished by evening. then i'll take care of BC 3.

thanks all you guys for the patience and the help.

Avatar, as for me, I have a general reservation
about sequels of feature films which never were
concepted to have more then just ?one part?.
That is my only reason not to click for part 2 & 3.
On the other hand, with your 40Kb/s connect,
and HHAH guys like Pc Arcade and Satan on it...
I don?t see any probs like you would not get
that trilogy spread around.

In regard for part 1, which I expect you will release
soon as well. I must say (and I know that many HHAH
members will now roll with their eyes again;)
that even that original thing, which is labeled to be
cult, never made it even into my VHS copy collection.

In case you think I block you here or something.
Wrong! The Exorcist, for example, is commonly
considered to be a cult movie. Where for me it?s
nothing more then a ridiculous load of bullshit,
absolutly not in the slightest way scary or anyhow
thrilling & suspensfull. Popular and known only
because the audience of the 70?s were somewhat
on their esoteric trip. Which is, btw, in fashion
those days again.

In my eyes, Basket Case stands even higher then
The Exorcist, still, not high enough to make me
?flip out? for it. I explained this all such detailed
only because you are considered here to be a
?newbie?. In every other case, lol, you would
have received just one snotty sentence back from
me.

thankx stromjunkie, for your letter-length explanation.

well, first i share absolutely the same oppinion about the exorcist. when i first saw it i was still very young, so i found it something especially scary. but when the director's cut came out, i watched it again and just couldn't stand it anymore. it IS a bucket full of crap (in my eyes). :matrix:

and second, i'm only releasing this trilogy here, because several people asked for it. i haven't even seen one of 'em, yet. so, i can't say if this sequel is good or bad. i think i'll have at least a peak in BC 1.
