Mad scientists, bug-eyed monsters, alien invaders, and black-clad women who perform interpretive dances battle for center stage in this parody of '50s sci-fi flicks. Dr. Paul Armstrong (Larry Blamire) is a scientist studying alien rock formations that have crashed to Earth. When Armstrong and his wife Betty (Fay Masterson) learn that a cache of Atmospherium, a radioactive mineral found in meteorites, has been found in the desert, he sets out to find it, but he has competition ? Dr. Fleming (Brian Howe), a rival scientist who plans to use the high-powered substance to bring a cave-dwelling creature back to life. Meanwhile, Lattis (Susan McConnell) and Kro-Bar (Andrew Parks) are aliens from the planet Marva who have crash-landed on Earth and need Atomspherium to get their spacecraft back in the air. Hoping to foil the plans of Dr. Armstrong, and aware of the arrival of the aliens, Fleming steals a "Transmutaron" from Kro-bar that allows him to create Animala (Jennifer Blaire), a sultry neo-beatnik who will crash the Armstrong's cocktail party and sow the seeds of marital discord between Paul and Betty, making it easier for Fleming to recover the valuable rock formations. Larry Blamire also served as writer and director for The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra. ? Mark Deming

EVERYONE: The sound on the Alliance release was MONO, which is not how it was intended to be viewed. The Proper will hopefully reach eMule soon.

Somebody at FH just brought up on the film's official website, they state that it was filmed in mono. So it appears there's nothing wrong with this release. Enjoy.

Yeah, strange VH-prod would release a proper of it. Wonder why it was called a nuke...?

Thankfully some non-lazy people (unlike myself ) did research.

I couldn't find any colour scenes in it though, unlike imdb says.

VH-prod did a proper? Are they those emule releasers because they probably wonder why it was mono too, what being a 2004 movie. But its a b-movie spoof, and from the quick scan I did, quite a funny one :)

I watched this and I must admit that it spoofs those classic scifi movies pretty well. there were a few moments where I laughed out loud, like the scene at the dinner table. the acting is SO BAD, but that's the point, and it makes the equally BAD dialogue sound even more cheesy. plus, Animala is real cute.... :wacky:

The first half of this I thought was pretty good, funny and entertaining, it degenerated into a boring mess by the end though (IMHO), it's not as clever as it thinks it is and B movie spoofs were done MUCH more competantly in "Amazon Women on the Moon".

Parts of this were very funny though, the dialogue was hilariously bad and they used their (obviously) low budget to their advantage :)
