I can testify that this movie is outright bizarre and sick...I did a vhs rip of this a while ago and the boys were able to actually run across a dvd copy...highly recomended and totally hilarious....just tell yourself after the movie.."it wasn't me...it was the abomination" 
Of course I will be sharing this out on release as well so add another source

Decypher does the torrent you did for this showing up as unknown for seeders and leechers in your "My Torrents" section on Suprnova? I don't think Pirate Bay works with Nova, or so it seems we've found out the hard way.

Then delete STR version and keep SiCK version. That's your choice (and which I'm always doing when I don't like the quality of a alternative rip I downloaded).

no need to get edgy since he's quite right, that's a big problem and will make it unwatchable to a lot of people.
Playback will be jerky and stuttering to the point of headaches I'd suspect More fps than is there causes significant loss of quality, but is watchable, less fps than is necessary results in stuttering playback and often make films impossible to watch.
Adjusting the framerate might fix it, but that has to be done manually each time you watch it in your media player. Most competant ones will have that option 
Out of interest, is the audio in sync then or is that down to 20fps too?
To fix this properally, it will require re-encoding of audio and video which is a pain to say the least

Isn't what causes a 25fps flick to come out at 20fps forgetting to disable forced film in DGIndex/DVD2AVI? I noticed that with my last rip. I couldn't figured out why it was coming out at 20 when i noticed i had to disable forced film and then it came out at 25fps.

There is no discernable difference between this rip and the original DVD (which has been mastered from VHS). Appreciate what you're saying but without seeing both you're only making assumptions.

The framerate difference between NTSC and PAL is annoying to people too, but its not everyone. Thats an even smaller framerate gap than here.
Not to mention what happened with Samhain. Read about Samhain:

Everyone doesn't notice frame rate differences, but it really is a problem, not something he was bitching about that doesn't matter, as you sometimes get regarding ripping.
@dead, yup, one of the ways of making the error. That's what I did last time I made this mistake
