I have just 40 mb left of this movie:

ed2k: The.Item.1999.DVDivX-CLiX.avi  [697.20 Mb] [Stats]

and want to resume it with this one (2 full sources ):

ed2k: The.Item.1999.DVDivX-CLiX.avi  [697.20 Mb] [Stats]

as you see it has the same size but strange different hash !
:o

is there a way to resume it or change the hash so it fits on the other one
can anyone help?
thx

You either need someone with mldonkey to bridge the gap, or better yet, I think you can try ftpdonkey or try:
a) download both
b) get 35kb or whatever is needed to reserve the file as a part file in both cases.
c) note down the good file, and the bad file .part files. You can find this by middle clicking on the files in question within emule
d) close down emule
e) replace the 'good' completable file with the bad file (delete the original and rename the bad one). Delete the part.met file for the bad file
f) reload emule

It should then dump corrupted parts. Replace delete with "move to another directory" is an intelligent move ;)

ie. replace the good .part file that can be completed, with the bad .part file which can not. Delete the part.met file for the bad one, its not needed.
