I got thinking this was an uncut version but found out later it isn't....the only version is a fullscreen print that isn't the best source int the world.So this version actually looks the best and if you were to watch it you wouldn't know if its uncut or not...It still is pretty brutal when it comes to the treatment of the slaves.

I wouldn't say ever...just not yet....Didn't even realise there was a difference until I had grabbed the dvd and researched a bit but as I watch this cut I do see where some of the cuts were made...Most notable comes in mind when they are hanging this slave by his feet and whipping him with one of those nasty paddles with the holes in it.In this cut it shows him getting beat but I remember the old cut actually showed the poor bastards ass bleeding away from the wallops he is receiving.That is just one scene that I can remember...I am pretty sure I can track down an old vhs cut of it.It just won't be widescreen is all

I will take a look....There is another one called Mandinga which is suppossed to be soem sort of unofficial sequel as well...I did manage to find my old vhs tape of Mandingo but I haven't watched it yet to see if the cut parts are back in.
