Yes - there are two languages on it , one being german 
BTW - was there bad cropping on STR's copy ? (assuming you had the DRagon DVD)
My copy's top border looked as if were cut with a chainsaw

Wasn't from dragon...and with the cropping....nope....not cropped bad at all(Silly clown)at least on the rip...now whether the dvd cut was guilty I can not atest too.Can you post an image to show what you are talking about?.. I mean I use GK...kind of hard to fuck up with that....As far as the audio....AS I remember it was spanish....but beeing an american I can't be bothered with small details like the difference between spanish and german  ...it all sounds foreign to me.I will give a closer inspect though.

Was under the impression that the Dragon DVD was still the only one out there....(german/english audio on it)
Which I own - and ripped - and released - .......for about 5 mins - the time it took me to check for any errors.... I only then noticed the top border was jig-sawed 
So I double checked the dvd - which I did view once long ago, and there it was too  ...
Man I must have been drunk not to have noticed it
In my defense though - your copy has a bizarre AR as well (as did mine -I do recall that much)
I'll try and find it - gimme a few hours
