So I wonder who the Demons 2 rip belongs to....Think I will check my hash and recomend the others that released that a while ago do the same.Good job on that angry note you sent them PCA...I kind of figured they would have a no responsiblity excuse...I would have had more respect for them if they would have told you they did it and they were glad they did it...ballless pricks.I see one of my releases with a realworld tag I will find them and mail a herpes virus to them.

lol, well some sites that add tags and all aren't that bad I suppose. While I don't really see a need in tagging (its purely advertising a site in many cases, bar the odd exception), some of them really do their best to get the tags right.

Normally a nice e-mail notifying them of their mistake will see it quickly rectafied.

I dunno why its all really important, I've changed my tags numerous times over the years, but one thing is for certain, keeping the original tags is very important, not only for group rips, but for smaller guy rips too.

The reason for this is quite simple, you can instantly verify a movie by looking at the filename. I know a lot of the movies I have by filetag, and when people ask for details, info or a reshare, its a lot more convienant for me. Infact I'd say when requesting a reshare its just as important to ensure the right filename is posted (talking about replacement or renamed releases here), as on numerous occasions its prevented me from realising I even have the rip they are after.

So if you want to increase your chances of a reshare, that's a very good tip... keep the tags intact else your making it harder for yourself or others ;) That isn't really applicable to a site retagging, as much as a 'rebranding' that some muppets do :(

I.zombie.-.a.chronicle.of.pain.vcd.cd1.(1998).hhah.speurweb.com.mpg

oh well.

yeah... but as have been mentioned, it's kinda shitty that people think they were ripped for those sites. But I guess they'll stay shared virtually 4ever. :?

VO? Why the fuck would they dub a music concert? lol, how is that physically possible, why could anyone conceive about dubbing a live concert, where a famous bad sing their most famous songs?

It really does boggle the mind the idiocy of some people... :o

lol, i reiterate retagging is not a problem with me, replacement is!

I mean look at the Night of the Living Dead. How stupid is it to remove colour from the filename of a colourised version of a famous black and white film.

I've tried e-mailing OSIOLEK about sorting out the rediculous ones back to normal tag, plus their tag. I can't figure out the polish sites. Poly, we need you!

Normally that does the trick about getting a decent name restoring and I won't mind then :)

So if anyone can speak polish (Polityk) can you contact these sites or point me to a e-mail address or something that I can complain at. Particularly at those osiols? Sometimes they've removed pretty vital info.

Sometimes they also post unverified releases or give false information.

I agree those guys are bastards and I think something should be done about it. Unfortunately I can't find any email addresses or even a nick of the admin. Some time ago I tried to contact them using the email adress from which i received the registration confirmation email, but I got no replt. I think the only way would be to register on their forum and post something there, but I don't think this will change much, especially as the boards seem to be autonomous to some extent. You can also try contacting L_MANN, he is a member on fileheaven and I saw him posting and releasing on osloskop. He seems to be on good terms with those guys:

Perhaps carlos66 would have more luck looking for some emails or anything, I don't know if I'm blind or they just aren't there.
