Interest in Full-Blown Horror Forum?

I have an idea, and I plan to execute it if there is enough interest. A full-blown Horror Forum, not just something tacked onto a horror-related news site, or download community. It will be a forum, and nothing else, full discussions and covering everything in the genre. For it to be successful, I will need help (mods, admins, designers) as well as knowing that there is interest in such a creation.

Are any of you interested, would you join, would you participate?
