don't bother opening new topics everytime you suspect something wrong. It was okay the first time, but there's a topic for possibly every single leecher anyone has ever seen and it's kind of annoying  . If you simply must ask about a leecher, hashthief, godzilla or whatever, do so under one topic (namely this). I don't think it warrants a new topic. Or better yet just block him, it doesn't really matter. Okay in this case you don't know his ip, but there's normally a simple way. Add him to your friends list, send him a private message, then look back at your log. You will see his ID after his name. use an id to ip converter block him and have done with it 
Like emoboy said, it's just one user. Chill, this leecher stuff is blown out of proportion
