People are allowed to get away with too much these days, their parents probably didn't hit them enough as a child.

There's two types of cutters, mental cases and loners/weridos. Whilst i don't approve of hitting the former, the latter normally need a good thrashing.

Or if you wanted a serious note, from the people i know that have cut themselves, they are useless mindless sheep that think its cool to be different by copying someone else. That's rather severe though for being a cutter, so i'd suggest they are a nut job and need a bit of re-education along the lines of "well you think your life sucks? grow up you loser, people have it worse off with you, stop obsessing about yourself and move on" kind of pep-talk :lol:

you have no idea what you're talking bout m8;when you live with someone like that (like I did),you can' imagine what that does to ya psychologically;coz you can give that person all the attention you got,they still won't stop doing it,it's damn frustrating

It's not like'hey that's cool'.you have to clean up the blood day after day,& apply first aid to the person (coz mostly they can't do it themselves anymore;& secondly you love that person after all)

It's not something that's 'Cool to see',you have no idea what it feels like to watch someone you love cut her/himself open in front of your eyes

Then I apologize for my bold harsh joke/comment...but I fuckin' do know what I'm talking about!!! I've been working (therapy) with these patients for about 3 years. And yes one of my ex-girlfriends was a "cutter" too. I feel sorry for you buddy...really I can imagine that living with someone like that drains you. But ffs noone can help your girlfriend except herself! That's my point. Or maybe I'm just still pissed off about that fucked up relationship with that selfish cunt! :wacky:

Just out of curiosity, where did you get that pic from? If it's real then yeah I'd agree it's pretty disturbing. Something that extreme seems like a bit more than a ploy to get a little extra attention though.

Reminds me that I've still got to watch the flick In My Skin one of these days...

actually there are pretty much people who do this, i have some pics from someone i used to know who was just pissed about the world and carved words like "hate" and "kill" in his arms, like in the above pic. He was a pretty extreme deathmetal/punk fan who did it just to look cool. Always thought he was a fucking idiot who needed some good kickass spanking to get him back on track, always wondered what became of him.
