Is there a particular monster that you've never/rarely seen in a horror movie and would like to?

I'd love to see a kraken. It's just a kick-ass beast taht would be awesome.

I agree, Krakens (or their myth) is very cool.
Two films that immediately come to mind with Krakens are Pirates of the Carribean II and Clash of the Titans.

I like demons/devils/fiends and would love to see them brought to life properly on film. The same can be said for so many other beasts but at risk of sounding like a total geek I'll chill and see if anyone else likes monsters too.

I'd like to see a ruthless, ultra-violent super villan with demonic powers! They're just aren't any that aren't corny! (none come to mind right now)

You know... a bad guy's bad guy. Actually one does come to mind, Billy Zane's character in Demon Knight (duh), but minus the one-liners.

I would like films to just be more representative of the fang-ad-oria <s>advertisements</s> articles, they spend 5 pages talking about special effects shots that last 2 seconds in the movie :lol:

And some of the pictures are awesome.

As far as monsters, i can't recall anyway that i'd have a preference to seeing, but certainly less gay villians (you reading this freddy? :lol: ) would be a start.


Or that fucked up thing from the nightmare i had at 3am this morning, that was fucked up.

They are plentiful, there's a big squiddy kraken thing in Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker every two minutes :lol: Whirl pool attack! :wacky:
