Post subject:  Severance Rip Released?

Theres lots of rumours (mainly on BT sites) that there is a DVD/DVDSCR rip of the new Brit horror film Severance?

Can any one confirm this?

Aparently it's on demonoid.com?

I searched the usual open BT sites but only get files marked as severance.avi or severance.001 etc.

I'm at work so can't really check.

I'm a member on 1 registered torrent site that gets 0 day stuff but they only have a cam of it! But members there say they have a DVD (quality) rip of it!

Pauk DVD Brings To You : Severence.Xvid

I cannot be sure on Labelling of this.Could be TC could be DVDSCR,judge for
yourselves.

When a weapons multi-national Palisade Defense reward their European sales
division with a
team-building weekend in the mountains of Eastern Europe, comedy blends with
horror as the team
fight first amongst themselves, and later for survival against a group of war-
crazed killers i
ntent on revenge.

I Recieved this in DVD format and have converted to Xvid myself. Worse thing
about it is,
I have no details on how to make a proper nfo or details of the way i converted
it.So il try
make a sample to show u guys somehow.or jus get screenshots added.

Judge This Yourselves.Enjoy The Movie

Hi guys, I got this at another site and can confirm that there are still sync issues with this copy, I think it is from the same source as the other version that is available.

The problem is not easily solvable either because the amount of audio delay varies throughout the movie (ranging from in sync to as much as 1.7s), so the problem cannot be corrected by adjusting before burning. I watched it using my xbox media centre, but had to adjust the length of delay about 8 or 9 times at different places.

The AR is also "scrunched up" as with the other version.

Thanks to the uploader but I felt it necessary to make known the faults. Good luck guys!!

Screens: *Unconfirmed*

So far, only scene release is a cam.

Shame about the sync issues

Or this would have been a good release.

Thanks for info ViSCeRaL, I am amazed at how common sync issues are in rips, as I don't believe it is that hard a thing to avoid before releasing an AVI on 'tintanet.

posted on 2nd sept with a 1.64gig download and from what i've watched so far after i burnt it there where no sync issues unlike the xvid releases...haven't watched it all at home but i did watch it in the cinema last week and thought it was pretty good nothing too gory but it was the humour alongside that made the film good for me...8/10 :beerchug:

edit...forgot to mention it's a full screen screener not widescreen incase you didn't already know that from the screenies
