I would like to try and find this film, unfortunatly the title is not named.

no idea mate. but for a film it has T&A and a whole lotta B, one for the whole family to enjoy

It reminds me of a Mexican/South American movie I saw years ago under the title "Street Smart" or something similar. IMDb has no listing for the movie and it may not be it, though.
