Got a little problem with my connection. My downstream is almost completely gone and it's gonna take at least 'till Monday before it's fixed. Luckily for you guys I have just enough bandwith to cover the overhead from my (still 512 ![]() Why is it that technical shit like that always happens during the weekend when no one's around to fix it? ![]() |

I'd be interested to know who you switch to Spud as my connection has gone so slow it's unusable at times. It's currently between Zen, Be and Sky for me, I reckon I could cope with the 60GB download cap on Zen, and upload isn't capped. I have read Be users predicting they will go down hill though since O2 took them over. How is the free Usenet server on Zen? I know the retention is only 7 days but what are the completions like? |

I'm changing ISPs. If everything goes as planned I should have 6144/640 kbits (~3000/512 now) at a lower price in a couple of weeks . ![]() |

I've changed. I'm having a few teething problems at the moment but hopefully this should be sorted soon. |

nope, zen.
Decent, if you get it fast. You get incompletes but can usually cover it with pars. I'm going to switch to Be and use the difference to buy a subscription to a proper nzb host. |

I went from 12Mbit to 6MBit a while back to save some costs. I had to lose some upload though. Still thinking of getting another provider for less money and more speed, but reliability also counts. |
