Anyone know if he visits/posts on here?? He used to post a lot of really cool horror movies over on SR, I'm sure you've all downloaded something of his at some time or other. Just wondering if he ever comes here??.....havn't seen him about for ages. -- |

eh, have you tried his website? ......xxxxxx.xdarrkx.m2tm.com/ edited the link, just in case. i cant get it to show up, but he always seemed like a friendly fellow, answering emails and hanging out on some help mirc chat thing. hadnt seen him release anything new on his website in like a year, so i hadnt checked it. |

hehe, you two are funny  He's obviously just deleted his site, why the hell would the RIAA/MPAA care? Hell they don't care about fileheaven.org or filenexus.com, and SR has only had little trouble (just about music i think).
Anyways, guess its down to SR crapping out that he ain't been around

eh? haha, like granpa simpson said, if your not not worried about it, then your not paying close enough attention. i imagine they dont bother some of those sites because of the countries they are hosted in. anything hosted in the usa, or a country owned by the usa is monitored if there is the slightest chance the mpaa/riaa can get some money out of them now or in the future. the lawsuits the riaa has been doing may seem like a joke to everybody on earth who is not being sued, but when your the one singled out, your almost 100% fucked. on those rather absurd occasion the riaa seemed to be completely wrong, the individual still had to hire a lawyer and prove they had/have done absolutely nothing wrong. retired lady on a mac with no p2p using ever? she still had to prove she had never done anything, prove in the last few year she had never download a mp3 of whatever the fuck old people listen to(i think bing crosby or maybe slayer). it may be a slam against the riaa publicly, but they dont seem to care. the mpaa is more organized and are modelling thier wave of attack/lawsuits/burningdown villages/saltingtheearth on what the riaa did right, and what they did wrong. some laws have recently been changed in the usa taking some of the burden of having to prove you are doing nothing wrong before they can access your computer, but if you get singled out your still going to be moneyless even on the freakishly small chance you prove your innocence after they take you to court, they can appeal and just start stacking on charges till you end up just leaving the country or publically being thier bitch, eg, 'p2p programs are wrong and i am eternally sorry and ashamed i stole from the rightfull owners, have taken the mark and forever will i hunt down and betray anyone who dares be so vile as to use a p2p program when such wholesome alternatives as They have provided for we to use(at a reasonable rate They will set and change at Thier convenience. all praise Them!) haha, what i meant to say was, 'just watch your friggin back, if the laws dont apply in your country (yet) be aware of them in case they slide thier way in while nobody is looking'. monkeymode.rant.off setmode=drunk.happy download hot.naked.nasty.nuns settone call.ex.girlfriend attitute=fake.regretfull subattitute.motive=get.some.sex run monkeytryandgetsome1 |

no, I'm thinking why attack a nat sized site (actually relatively speaking it was incredibly small ed2k listing his own releases))?
I really would be surprised if it was anything even remotely related to riaa/mpaa, it's rediculous to assume it is with nothing to substantiate the claims. That's why i think that kind of talk is funny; nothing more, nothing less  You really don't need to explain why your paranoid about these matters, just I don't think it's very likely that's all
I still think if anything it will be because SR has been down for nearly a month (all but), is why no1 has seen him around. I don't think he ever visited this site, which is a shame cos I like and did leech his releases

hiya all .. im still around for the most part although due to a new baby , pc crapping out and no dvd-rom drive i dont see any rips comming from me fpr a few months to come ... sorry 
but know i know of this forums and its great speed im sure to stop by and at least chat it up for the time being
