If the DVD trumps a vhs' cut status, i think your an utter moron if you buy a crusty unferior edition just for the sake of collecting... personally :wacky:

Anyway, that's nuts, especially since the japanese edition is better (OAR, anamorphic, better picture and sound):

yeah i only found the link to that outrageously priced dvd while googling for a pic from the movie to use in the "guess the horror movie" thread, i atch picked up my vhs copy (under it`s Monster title) for £1 from a car boot sale about 5 years ago when i still owned more vhs tapes than i did dvd`s, it was more the idea that any doug mc clure movie can be worth £50 that prompted me posting about it.

...now i`m gonna have to watch it again to look for that decapitation sequence....or maybe not...
