Post subject:  How many files you reckon you'll never finish ?
This question is especially , though not soley, for those who down TONS of movies/ files....

How many of those you've got paused right now are dead already you think ?

Please , if you're shy of shouting numbers, yell it percentage wise hinting that you down 'a lot'.
Let me have a good laugh at some of you...!!! :twisted:

I'm usually downing between 30 -50 movies, pauzing half.....

Only one I'm really concerned about right now is "THE SURGEON"and untill recently that 2 cd frankenhooker, though cd1 apparently has more sources than that damned cd2 wich took me 3 months.... :!:

serveral hundreds on pause atm, downloading 30 or so.

I have no idea how many will be dead, but i don't think more than 10

But I usually pause well-spread files and let the rare ones download before all the sources disappear, and this strategy allows me to complete 99% of my downloads. Since I've bought a new hdd I keep many files UNpaused, so I can see if sources are disappearing for some rare file, and try to contact the sources or increase its priority. Unfortunately, It also means that it takes me a lot of time to download even the new, well-spread releases with so many files downloading simultaneously, but everything has its price.

sometimes i think somepeople like to stop sharing thier files on purpose. i just download 1 or 2 files at a time, if i see it doesnt have a full source after a couple days, i just delete it and get something else.

Pretty low % for me. Most of the files I end up having to cancel were dead to begin with.

with so much good stuff being released recently (and my connection being crap atm) have got quite a few more queued than usual, 90 odd atm but all but 20 are paused. i expect 2 or 3 will be dedduns. most eventually do come up with a full source at some point if U patient enuf
